Steps
1
Wash everyday. Shower OR bath, but make sure you wash at night, and have a strip-wash in the morning if you need to and have time.-
2Use a cleansing or baby soap. This is for sensitive areas - and rinse thoroughly. Use a nice scented shower-gel for the rest of your body - arms, legs, tummy, back, feet, etc.
-
3Exfoliate. If you wanted to, to avoid sweaty, smelly, cheesy feet, exfoliate with a body scrub/foot scrub that you like, you could even try a scented one (which most are).
-
4Although this may not be relevant to sweating a lot, wash and rinse your hair properly (everyday for greasy hair), and use a shampoo that is suited to you, or even go for a shine/professional one, too, for extra glamour?
-
5Make sure you dry yourself properly before applying deodorant
-
6Make sure you apply it all over your armpits, and layer it up properly, make sure the deodorant doesn't smell funny and make sure its extra strength.
-
7Use body spray over your entire body (avoid the face!) that you love the smell of and is fresh, pretty, and lady-like.
-
8Make sure all is dry before getting dressed.
-
9Wear clean clothes. Wearing clean clothes and underwear everyday can help a lot. It will reduce sweating. Also, spray a light mist of body spray over your clothes to keep them fresh, and use a fresh-scented clothes detergent but if the smells of the detergent makes you smell funny try using non smelling detergents these make your clothes clean without messing with your body chemistry.
-
10Wear some similar smelling perfume to the body-spray, and apply quick, small squirts to your neck, chest, wrists and in your hair (not relevant, but it helps!) .
-
11Keep your deodorant, body spray, and perfume in your bag for you for topping-up throughout the day, especially after and before working out.
