Soak feet in hot water. Use epson salts to soften feet.

    Use a pumice stone to rub off rough spots to make feet nice and soft.

    Rub lotion or Vaseline into feet and legs to create a silky smooth feel.

    Use a cuticle trimmer to cut off dead skin around toe nails. Be careful not to cut too deep; you're just cutting off the dead skin!

    Rinse feet and apply a rich lotion to feet and give it a few minutes to soak in. again.

    Use a cotton ball with nail polish remover to remove lotion and/or nail polish from toenails.

    Use a white nail polish and paint the tips of each toe nail. Let dry and apply a second coat so that the white doesn't look splotchy. Don't worry if it looks messy, you'll fix it in the next step!

    Take a make-up concealer brush and dip it in preferably 100% acetone. Remove excess acetone on a paper towel. usually just make a swiping motion to create a thin white line. Don't worry about messing up, try to keep a steady hand.

    Use the brush,and remove excess white nail polish until you create a thin, straight line. You will have to take it slow and be careful not to make it crooked but eventually you'll be a pro!

    Let the white dry for a minute or two. To help the drying process slowly dip your feet in ice cold water. This will also make the polish more durable.

    Cover your nails in a clear coat of polish. and Voila! A perfect pedicure.
