Eat healthily. Your brain need healthy food to save memories correctly. Not only your brain, your body also need healthy food to work correctly. There are some food you should try to eat. Like salads, blueberries, eggs and almonds. Drinking green tea is also good. It keep the brain healthy and slow down the progress of Alzheimer's disease.

  • Always avoid junk food. However, it's okay to eat small amounts of Coca, crisps and french fries. Also, avoid eating white rice a lot.
  • Get your protein. Milk is a great way to get protein. Drink at least 1/2 glasses of milk everyday.
  • Avoid solid fats, food with much oil and soft drinks.

    Exercise. Exercising helps your brain by replenishing cells which is completely helpful for your brain. Every sport will help. Even if it was simple. Like walking. You can also choose a sport to keep training on it. Like Basketball, Tennis, Baseball, etc. In that way, you will play the sport the like which will make you play it easily.
    • Exercising won't only help you avoid forgetting. It will help you loss weight, avoid heart diseases, improve your mood, improve your muscle strength and much more.
    • Try exercising with a friend. In that way, exercising will be more fun.

    Sleep well. Getting enough sleep will make both of your body and your brain rest. While sleeping, the brain heal itself and saves all your day actions. Having a quite sleep will make you sleep faster. If you have trouble getting to sleep, you can read a book or even take a shower before getting to sleep.
    • Avoid setting an alarm. However, it's okay if you have problem waking up early.

    Add things to remind you. Like a note. Example: If you have to go shopping, grab a paper and pen and write on the paper "Go shopping". Put the note somewhere that you can always see. Like:
    • On your refrigerator.
    • On your house's door.
    • On your bathroom's mirror.
    • On your wardrobe.
    • On your computer's screen.
    • Once you did what was on the note, remove it.

    Test your memory. Play games that depends on remembering. Like Match game. It's a great way to test your memory. Try to play such games 1 time per day until your memory improve.
    • Stress may cause you to forget stuff. Always remember to relax.

    Limit your time. Staying a lot on laptops/computers and T.Vs might cause you to forget stuff. Like what you ate and did yesterday. Limit your time on it.
    • 2 hours on day time and 2 hours on night is perfect.
