Steps
1
See yourself as a problem solver.
Not all problem solvers are leaders, but all leaders are problem
solvers. Some people who are good at problem solving simply do not want
to be leaders. But, if you gain a reputation as a problem solver, you
might find that people naturally start looking toward you as a leader.-
2Value the helping hands around you. Leaders are never the people who want to do everything themselves. Those are stubborn loners. Leaders are people who want others to do stuff with and for them. They recognize the power of the group.
-
3Well, if you got leadership position that means you should be all the things i said before.
-
4The attitude of a leader is when you are kind, helpful always put on a bright and happy face. Remember you do not want your fellow peers to see you unhappy.
-
5You have to be a good role model. when you have leadership position then everyone will look up to you. Nobody's perfect and you might make a few mistakes but the thing you have to show your fellow peers is that you learn from your mistakes.
-
6Leaders have to be socially adept. You have to get to know your fellow peers and if someone says hi then reply back sweetly. Who knows, maybe you just made their day?
-
7The most important thing is to have fun being a leader but you also have to take it seriously but lets face it..no one wants a grumpy grouch for a leader!
