Natural Oils are great for the body especially Coconut, Argan, Almond and Vitamin E oils

For sensitive skin, one should mind what goes on it. It's not unusual to see that commercial lotions do not agree with some people's skin making it a habit to keep switching between brands which itself is not a great idea.
Natural Oils should come to play at a point as they benefit the skin immensely. They’re totally clean with no synthetic ingredients, fragrance and no irritations caused.
Amongst the many reasons to consider natural oils include:
-Natural Oils do not trigger acne.
-Natural oils protect the skin and keep moisture locked in.
-They are easily absorbed,
-They are not greasy and non- comedogenic (they don't clog pores) which makes them great across all skin types.
On this episode of Pulse Daily,  the spotlight is on 4 natural oils that are especially good for the skin:
1. Vitamin E Oil ( Heals and Repairs)
Vitamin E is full of antioxidants, which are really good for your skin. It helps protect the skin from damage by oxidation and inflammation, as well as promotes better wound healing. Its used to prevent stretch marks and heal scars.
vitamin E concentrations also decline with age — which is why it’s good to replenish from the outside.
2. Almond Oil (Softening advantage)
Almond oil works great as natural skin softeners. It works great as a massage lubricant.
Almond oil works well for the skin because it’s non-greasy, (won’t clog pores) and is easily absorbed into the skin. It contains zinc, which makes it good for wound-healing, and can also help heal minor skin irritations like dryness, itchy skin and mild eczema.
3. Argan oil (Anti aging and medicinal)
Extracted from the kernels of the Argan tree, Argan Oil is one of the rarest and most expensive oils in the world.
It's filled with super-high levels of Vitamin E & it’s excellent for repairing cell membranes, preventing premature aging, reducing inflammation and retaining moisture.
Argan is also rich in proteins, which help tighten the skin, minimize wrinkles and improve elasticity. Did u know that Argan Oil can also help with many skin conditions, from dry skin patches to psoriasis, eczema and acne. As a moisturizer it’s non-greasy and non-oily, absorbing easily into the skin.
4. Coconut Oil (Great for dry skin fixer, smoothen skin)
Coconut oil works wonders for dry and damaged skin, cuts, bruises, and speeds the healing while it fights infection. Coconut oil forms a protective barrier to hold in moisture while penetrating into the deeper layers of the skin to helping to keep connective tissues strong and supple.
Coconut oil is readily absorbed into the skin, helping to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.  It aids in exfoliating the outer layer of dead skin cells, making the skin smoother.
