Everybody seems to be drinking smoothies these days, including Hollywood star Jennifer Aniston.

nutritional value of these smoothies can never be taken for granted,

admitted that she couldn't stop making this vegan treat — despite not
being vegan herself — and for good reason: "It's basically like a
milkshake," says Jennifer.

1/2 banana
1 cup frozen cherries
1/2 tablespoon maca powder
1/2 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 to 2 drops chocolate stevia
5 walnuts

Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender, and mix until smooth.
Full
of fiber and protein, Jen's smoothie makes a great breakfast but an
even better post-workout treat; it's full of ingredients like cherries
and walnuts, which are known for having anti-inflammatory properties and
soothing sore muscles.
