Healthy Living for Executives complements the Mayo Clinic Executive Health Program. The program is also offered independent of the Executive Health Program as a one-day retreat for busy executives. Healthy Living for Executives, a one-day immersive wellness experience at the new Dan Abraham Healthy Living Center, enhances your medical visit by introducing you to wellness resources designed specifically for executives.

Healthy Living for Executives offers a compressed, motivational experience to help you optimize your performance at home and at work. You’ll leave with new skills and knowledge and the inspiration to put those new strategies into practice.

    Tactics to help you live well while on the road, including tips on physical activity, nutrition and sleep
    Stress management for executives
    An interactive lunch session in our participation kitchen, featuring quick tips about eating well on the run and nutrition guidance to make smart choices away from home
    A movement assessment that includes exercise recommendations
    Individual wellness coaching session
    One day – on either a Wednesday or Thursday – at the Dan Abraham Healthy Living Center in Rochester, Minn.
