Start by eating healthier. This is so much easier than people make it out to be. Start by having a piece of fruit like melon or pineapple and some orange juice in the morning. This is already two of your five a day. Next at lunch you could have lettuce, tomato, cucumber and cheese in your sandwiches. That is four or five of your five a day. Then for dinner you could have stir fry which has about four different vegetables in it. It's totally up to you and the good thing is that most of the time you don't realise that you're actually eating one of your five a day. This will soon make you feel healthier and you will also look and think better too.

    Drink 8 glasses of water a day. This step is a bit harder than number one because we always forget to drink during the day. A good way to have your 8 glasses a day would to be drinking one glass of juice or water at breakfast, one bottle in each of your lessons, one at lunch, one glass when you get home, one at dinner and one before bed. This is a great way to feeling good and healthy.

    Exercise. Just eating well isn't enough to get you to a healthier weight. You should be having two hours of P.E a week at school but how much do you do at home? Good ways of getting in an hour of exercise a day is Jogging, Trampolining, games console exercise games, after school clubs, aerobics classes or just doing basic sit ups and crunches in your room.

    Sleep. It is also very important to get the right amount of sleep. This will make you healthier and definitely happier.
