Come up with a name and small poster that can be redone if messed up, not too complex but still cute and nice.

   Come up with about 12 different things to sell and categorize them. .4 kinds of cookies, 4 muffins, 4 cupcakes and 4 cake cakes or any others you wish you can add others if you wish too.

   Find recipes and test them. Don't come up with a recipe that you aren't sure about or just sell random stuff to people, test test test!

   Make a menu that should include : All four (or more) categories, ingredients (no the recipe but ingredients) and PRICES! Not a menu without prices. COLOR IT IN!

   Come up with cute ideas, have a Halloween special or a seasons greetings list or a Christmas sale but be creative and do what Starbucks does, drop things in, pull things out according to time of the year and keep the originals.

   Have fun with it, you can't have a cute fun bakery if your ideas are ugly and boring. (Chibi and Anime styles help. but not sure why, though)
