Find a perfect day. When your teacher, principal, assistant principal, or whoever is responsible for assigning your detention assigns your detention, ask for a perfect day. Rumor has it that the best day to serve a detention is on a Thursday. But you don't have to do Thursday if you don't want to. Also, make sure you are willing to do the time that day and don't have anything to do.
