Steps
1
Buy a few things that will appeal to your senses. This can be food, perfume, a song, a certain pair of shoes, a picture, etc.-
2Use that something at a certain event. This can be a new boyfriend, a surgery (if you want to remember it), your graduation, a basketball tournament, etc.

3Put away the something once the event is over. Make sure you have some left of the something or that you're able to get your hands on some again.

4At least a year later, take out that something, and use at it. The memory will come right back to you.
