Part 1 of 2: Dental care

  1. Have Nice Smelling Breath Step 1.jpg
    1
Brush your teeth day and night. Once after breakfast, and once before night. Don't forget the back of the teeth.

    2
Rinse your mouth with warm water. The hot water will kill the germs in your mouth.
  2. 1663921 3.jpg
    3
Use mouthwash. Pour 20ml of the mouthwash into your mouth, rinse around your mouth for 30 seconds, gargle, spit out.
  3. Have Nice Smelling Breath Step 2.jpg
    4
Floss. Floss once a day. At night time is more convenient. Don't just floss your front teeth, the back too!
  4. 1663921 5.jpg
    5
Keep your tongue clean. Brush it daily.
  5. Have Nice Smelling Breath Step 3.jpg
    6
Go to the dentist every six months. Cavities cause bad breath, and after a while, pain. And if your don't get them checked every six months, you won't just get bad breath but could also get *gulps* root canal or an extraction!

Whiten your teeth. Whitening your teeth can create the illusion that you have nice breath, because people with white teeth usually have nice smelling breath as they're taking good care of their dental hygiene.

Part 2 of 2: Sweetening the breath

  1. Have Nice Smelling Breath Step 4.jpg
    1
Chew sugarless mint gum. This will keep your breath smelling good for the day.
  2. Have Nice Smelling Breath Step 5.jpg
    2
Cut down on the sugar. Kit-Kat bars and skittles cause bad breath. Along with pop, coke and Pepsi.
  3. 1663921 10.jpg
    3
Chew on a mint constantly. Do this for at least 5 minutes.
  4. 1663921 11.jpg
    4
Use some mouth spray. This will fortify the freshness.
