How To Start Every Day Off On The Right Foot

culled from:morningcoach.com

I love mornings because it’s the time of day when you’re given a clean slate to really do something great in your life.
I’m not going to lie, It’s hard to be excited when you know that you have to deal with rush hour traffic along with the pressure of having to get to work on time.
I can totally relate as I used to be the type that would just roll out of bed, jump in the shower, put on the suit and head to work.

The Importance of Breakfast

Notice how I didn’t mention breakfast in that routine. That is because I used to be like so many out there; solely focused on making it to work on time that I did not value the most important meal of the day.
Time and time again I would hear that in order to start your day right, breakfast must be incorporated into you morning routine.
Later, I found out that the reason why breakfast is considered to be the most important meal of the day. It is because as you are sleeping through the night, your body goes for many hours at a time without any food.
Hence the word break-fast, which is to break the fast that your body has been going through.
I now make it an emphasis to have a hearty breakfast as I start my day, but I’m not really here to discuss breakfast nutrition with you.

The Importance of Feeding Your Mind

Even though most consider breakfast to be the most important meal of the day, there’s another kind of meal out there that is on a higher level of importance than breakfast: the vital nourishment of your mind.
What you feed your body is important, yet what you feed your mind is just as, if not more, important.
With the constant hustle and bustle of the world bombarding us, it’s hard to find the place and time in order to feed our minds.
However, I’ve gone ahead and solved that issue for you.
I have been in that place where you are looking for any way to bring enthusiasm into your life, and have something exciting to wake up to.
MorningCoach.com was created with that sole purpose; to bring the world a nutritious resource for the mind, body and soul.
The idea behind MorningCoach.com is a program that gives listeners a chance to wake up to something exciting everyday.
