When you get up in the morning, take a 5-10 minute shower. Depending on the day, you should only wash your hair
once a day and every couple of days. Don't always blow dry your hair
because this can cause damage to your hair. Also, consider using
conditioner as it makes your hair soft. Use shampoo, twice if needed.
And every other day just wash your body. Also rinse your hair with cold
water - it makes it shinier!-
2Apply deodorant or antiperspirant. This will make you smell better during the day. Don't apply it all over the body, just to your armpits. Remember your body needs to sweat! You can also dab on a touch of fragrance - but only a little bit, depending on the fragrance’s strength, it could be overwhelming if over applied.

3Brush your hair and teeth. Then floss and use mouthwash, especially if you have bad morning breath.

4Dress for success! This will make you confident and make you look more presentable.
