4Don't think that you may make fool of yourself. there is no way you are going to make a fool of yourself. It takes a lot of courage to speak in public about anything especially without preparing for it earlier.

5Try to remember anything you can which has relevance to the topic. Any thing from news articles, scientific journals, or even personal experiences.

6Speak freely and smoothly, and speak as if to a friend to whom you have spoken for a long time.

7Try to keep your speech an appropriate length of at least 2 minutes.

8Don't pay heed to the expressions of your audience. many people have blank expressions or frown when they concentrate on something.

9Start with a good salutation and keep it light. Smile and let people know you are comfortable with speaking to them.

10Don't talk as if you know everything and are some kind of "smart guy", who just can't be proved wrong.

11When you get stuck, murmur something and let your audience know that you are thinking, not as if you have forgotten something. Say "umm" or "How should I put it?" Or even short "Errrr" would also do. Remember, don't get dumbfounded on stage and suddenly stop speaking and look around blankly.

12Finally, Keep your audience engaged, don't get boring and use difficult words which you know the audience won't understand.

13Don't get judgmental and be prejudiced in your speech.
Speaking in public is a fear for a lot of people, whether it's giving a speech, a toast at your friend's wedding, or being called on in class. Fortunately, you can make speaking in public less anxiety.. It may never be your favorite thing, but you'll be far less likely to throw up in front of your audience.
