Ginger Tea

Ginger, as we all know can be used for a lot of things like cooking and so on, but today, we are focused on the healthy benefits of ginger tea.
Ginger tea is made by peeling the ginger roots, and slicing them thinly.
Next, you boil water in a pot or pan, add the ginger slices once the water is boiling, cover it, and allow simmer for about 15-20 minutes on low heat.
Lastly, strain the tea, add honey and/or lemon, if you want.
The health benefits gotten from drinking this tea include:
