Banana is loaded with immense nutrients that works well eaten or used as a skincare item

Banana is as great consuming it as it is using it as a skincare item.
The rule of thumb usually is if it's edible and is loaded with immense nutrients then it works fabulous for the skin as well.
Bananas contain a generous amount of Vitamin C that help to maintain a natural and youthful glow, it amongst other things is a great source of energy and more.
For a youthful, glowing skin, bananas can be used as face masks as follows:
1. - Mash half a ripe banana and mix it with honey
-Let it stay on your skin for 20-25 minutes and wash off afterwards with lukewarm water.
-Then apply a non-comedogenic moisturizer.
Banana and honey moisturises the skin and keep it hydrated
2. -Mash one ripe banana and mix it with lemon juice from one lemon to form a paste
-Leave it on for 25 minutes.
The banana and lemon mask contains vitamin C which brightens the complexion and reduces blemishes and any form of dullness.
